Timothy Keyes – Pastoral Assistant, Liturgy and Music
Tim has been a member of the parish staff at St. Charles for the past 12 years and brings his extensive experience in both music and Liturgy to the community having served as a professional Catholic Music Director for over 30 years. Tim’s principle goal is helping people connect to their faith through their engagement with the parish in music ministry. Tim has developed numerous ways in which parishioners of all ages can participate in the liturgical life of the parish including a parish orchestra, cantoring program, and numerous choirs.

Cathy Souto – Pastoral Assistant, Religious Formation
Cathy has been the pastoral assistant for religious formation and leads our parish faith formation program, GIFT or Growing in Faith Together. GIFT is an intergenerational, life-long faith formation program for the entire community. Cathy is dedicated to nurturing the domestic church and empowering parents to be the primary catechists of their children as they pass on the faith to their children. She leads our First Eucharist preparation program for families and our Confirmation preparation program for youth in 7th and 8th grade.

Chris Small – Pastoral Assistant, Youth Ministry
Christopher has been the full time Youth Minister and helps to provide some truly exceptional opportunities for our high school students. There are now 14 week-long service immersion opportunities during each summer, and a lot to get involved with during the academic year as well! Chris is always looking to grow the Youth Ministry program and ALL are welcome. Please contact him anytime to find out how you or you child can get involved in the youth group. Trish Scalese – Pastoral Assistant for Formation and Spiritual Life
Trish joined the parish staff in 2012. Trish brings with her over twenty years of ministry experience as a parish musician, an elementary & high school music/theology teacher, a high school administrator, and university campus minister.
Trish believes that we are each called to a personal relationship with God, and this relationship involves our time and attention. Trish is eager to help parishioners cultivate their own spiritual lives through a variety of prayer opportunities such as Faith 365, Give Us This Day, Saint and a Sandwich, Retreats, Book Discussion, and more.
